Baclayon Ancestral House for New Development Initiatives (BAHANDI)

The Baclayon Ancestral House for New Development Initiatives (BAHANDI) is a people’s organization in Baclayon, Bohol. It established the Baclayon Heritage Tour and the BAHANDI Homestay, which enables tourists to stay in the town for at least a day.

Anticipated Outcomes: 
  •  Increase in occupancy rate from 35% to 45%
  • Reduction in food expenses due to the availability of greens in the garden  
  • Increase in daily or monthly rate for homestay caregivers
